Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies daily.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures at all times.
- Handle guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage, and pantries.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines as per hotel policy.
- Assist in laundry operations or public area cleaning as assigned.
- Support the housekeeping team during peak hours or special events.

Requirements:




- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferably in hotels).
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
