Job Title: Quality Manager

Reporting to: Plant Head

Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing set up preferred

Job description

Key Responsibility
- Oversee quality checks at all stages: incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits with customers and certification bodies.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Define and monitor quality KPIs; present monthly quality performance reports.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team; conduct training on quality tools and standards.
- Manage customer complaints, product recalls, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to drive quality improvements.
- Maintain production MIS dashboards and performance trackers for internal reviews and client reporting
- Lead Quality training programs and skill matrix development in coordination with HR and Training teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety,



and environmental standards
- Support recent product trials, process validations, and technology upgrades
