Play Area Manager - The Fun Burrow (Kids Play Area & Café)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Manage reception and be the first point of contact for all walk-ins and inquiries
- Ensure a warm, welcoming experience for kids and parents
- Handle billing, bookings, and daily operations smoothly

Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into party bookings, memberships, and programs
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and calls
- Maintain a lead tracker and ensure timely follow-ups

Social Media & Content
- Capture photos/videos of daily activities
- Create and post basic content on Instagram and WhatsApp
- Respond to social media inquiries

Team Management
- Supervise play area staff and ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure staff engagement with kids and maintain hygiene & safety standards

Reporting
- Generate weekly sales and lead reports
- Track walk-ins, conversions, and repeat customers





Requirements:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram/WhatsApp)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership

Preferred Experience
- Experience in kids’ play areas, cafés, retail, hospitality, or events
- Prior experience in customer handling or sales

Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 per month (fixed)
