Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the footwear manufacturing unit
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
- Maintain quality standards across all stages of footwear production
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety and factory regulations
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements:
- A diploma or ITI qualification is acceptable
- Experience in footwear manufacturing (Will be add-on)
- Strong knowledge of production processes and shop floor management
- Valuable leadership and team management skills




- Ability to handle high-volume production environments
- Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Prior experience in footwear or similar manufacturing industry
- Willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana
