Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced PGT Economics Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to senior secondary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans as per CBSE guidelines
- Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace
- Prepare students for board examinations
- Participate in school meetings, events, and academic planning
- Maintain records of attendance and academic performance
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Economics (M.A. Economics)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience with CBSE curriculum is an advantage
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
₹42,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
