Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students, explain our animation and multimedia courses, and support them throughout the admission and counselling process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents to provide detailed course information.
- Explain animation, multimedia, VFX, and design course details clearly.
- Guide students about admission steps, fees, timings, and career scope.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain daily counselling logs, lead status updates, and reports.
- Support academy promotions, workshops, demo classes, and events.

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English).
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling.
- Qualified, polite,



and student-friendly attitude.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Tele Sales (education sector preferred).

Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
