Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development Support
- Assist in the development of current products.
- Support in assembling prototypes and conducting initial testing.
- Help improve existing product designs under supervision.
- Assist in component selection and basic feasibility checks.

2. Testing & Validation
- Perform product testing, quality checks, and validation as per guidelines.
- Record and analyze test results and report issues to senior team members.
- Assist in evaluating samples and components from vendors.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards during testing.

3. Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with R&D; engineers and supervisors for daily tasks and project updates.
- Support production and quality teams during product trials and pilot runs.
- Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain technical records,



test reports, and documentation.
- Update product data, specifications, and changes as instructed.
- Ensure proper filing of samples and R&D; materials.

5. Process & Compliance Support
- Follow company processes and compliance standards.
- Assist in improving testing procedures and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the R&D; lab/work area.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of electronic components and circuits
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and equipment
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
