About the Role

We are hiring a Gut Expert to join Mool Health’s Customer Care / Clinical Engagement team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai, focused on guiding customers through their digestive health journey via structured consultations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct end-to-end customer consultations across a structured 6-call journey (pre-sales to retention).
- Understand customer history, symptoms, and gut health issues to guide them effectively.
- Explain gut health concepts, treatment plans, and expected outcomes in a clear, easy way.
- Create personalized diet and lifestyle plans based on individual needs and profiles.
- Monitor customer progress, adjust plans, and ensure adherence throughout the program.
- Handle customer concerns, queries, and objections with confidence and empathy.
- Collaborate with in-house doctors for escalations when required.
- Maintain records and track performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention and repeat engagement.

Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm OR:
- B.Sc.



/ M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or Food Science

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in tele-consulting, tele-counselling, or tele-health (healthcare-focused).

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory):
- Comfortable handling 15+ meaningful customer conversations daily
- Good understanding of clinical concepts, nutrition, or pharmacology
- Empathetic, patient, and emotionally stable in handling sensitive health issues
- Interest in gut health, Ayurveda, and lifestyle-based healing
- Ability to work with data, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a 6-day week with rotational shifts (10 AM - 8 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
