Role:Admissions Counselor

Roles&Responsibilities;
- Handling student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Guiding students for Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Abroad admissions
- Conduct interviews and information sessions for prospective students
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in CRM platforms
- Communicate admissions decisions and follow up with applicants to support enrollment
- Assist students with enrollment, orientation, and onboarding processes
- Provide guidance to students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
- Prepare reports on admissions activities and recruitment outcomes




- Priority for those who are experienced in domestic admissions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream
- 0-3 years of experience in admissions, student services, counseling, or recruitment preferred
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
