Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute EPC activities including installation, testing & commissioning of solar PV systems
- Perform and supervise DC & AC wiring, cable routing, and terminations
- Install modules, mounting structures, inverters, earthing, and protection systems
- Handle on-grid system synchronization and net metering support
- Work on 2-3 MW solar projects across multiple sites
- Read and execute work based on SLD, layout, and electrical drawings:
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks and final commissioning of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols:
- Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and site teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical or related field
- Solid practical knowledge of on-grid solar systems:
- Hands-on experience in DC/AC wiring and commissioning:
- Understanding of inverters, LT panels, earthing, and protection systems:
- Ability to manage site work and guide technicians/helpers

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PM Surya Ghar Yojana projects:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SLD reading:
- Experience in MW-scale solar EPC projects:
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
