Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Inside Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive / Inside Sales professional to convert international leads and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert International leads through cold calling. Engage with International Clients to understand their challenges and requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Conduct discovery sessions to analyze pain points and recommend customized solutions.

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive offerings.

Ensure smooth handover to the account management team post-closure. Key Skills: Must have solid command of Arabic and Thai languages.





Additional knowledge of any other foreign language will be a plus. Experience in selling product solutions with exposure to international clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong listening, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.

Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate. 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / SaaS / Digital Solutions.
