Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel
- Assist clients with holiday packages, itineraries, and travel-related information
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and sightseeing
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the booking process
- Provide post-booking support to ensure a smooth travel experience
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 year of experience in the travel industry or a similar customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Ability to handle clients professionally and with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, customer-focused setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
