Responsibility

Dishwashing & Utensils
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization
- Maintain dishwashing area hygiene

Kitchen Cleaning Support
- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
- Keep cooking area neat and safe
- Remove food waste regularly

General Cleaning
- Sweeping and mopping of kitchen & back area
- Cleaning storage areas, racks, and drains
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks

Waste Management
- Dispose wet & dry waste properly
- Maintain garbage area cleanliness
- Follow hygiene standards

Basic Kitchen Support
- Help chefs in small tasks (cutting, carrying items, etc.)
- Arrange raw materials and supplies
- Load/unload kitchen items
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization
- Maintain dishwashing area hygiene
