Job Description - 3D Visualiser (Interior & Exterior)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. 3D Modelling & Visualization
- Develop accurate 3D models for:
- Interior spaces (offices, commercial spaces, residences)
- Exterior architectural projects
- Produce photo-realistic renders with attention to lighting, textures, materials, and scale
- Interpret design drawings and concepts into high-quality visual outputs

2. Rendering & Output Creation
- Create:
- High-resolution still renders
- Real-time walkthroughs and animated videos
- Ensure outputs meet client presentation standards and timelines
- Optimize rendering quality for both speed and realism

3. Detailing & Material Representation
- Accurately represent finishes, lighting effects, and environmental context
- Work closely with designers to ensure design intent is maintained

4. Software Proficiency
- Solid working knowledge of:
- SketchUp (3D modelling)
- Rendering tools such as V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render:




- Ability to handle post-production using tools like Photoshop / After Effects/AI is an added advantage

5. Collaboration & Workflow
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers for design inputs
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural visualization
- Strong portfolio showcasing photo-realistic interior & exterior renders:
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to produce real-time renders and walkthrough videos:
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial and high-end residential projects
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough sequencing
- Familiarity with latest visualization trends and tools
