Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant
Department: E-Commerce / Online Sales
Reports To: E-Commerce Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website, etc.)
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and stock details
- Process daily online orders and coordinate dispatch/shipping
- Track inventory and update stock availability
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refund requests
- Monitor sales reports and prepare basic performance data
- Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and delivery teams
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts
- Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations

Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
