Supervise day-to-day dairy plant operations (milk reception, processing, packing, and dispatch)
- Monitor quality of milk (Fat, SNF, temperature, etc.)
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and processed milk
- Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
- Maintain production records, stock registers, and reports
- Handle manpower planning and supervise plant drivers & workers
- Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs
- Manage dispatch as per customer orders/indents
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
