Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Digital Surveyor with practical experience in digital land

surveying using RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) GPS systems. The role involves survey

operations, collecting high-accuracy field data, and assisting in processing and mapping for

infrastructure, construction, or land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using digital equipment such as Total Stations,

GPS/GNSS, LiDAR, and drones (o) for high-precision topographical mapping
- Assist in field data collection for boundary, contour, and construction surveys
- Set up and operate survey equipment including RTK GPS, Total Station, and Auto

Level
- Perform ground control point (GCP) establishment and verification
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of collected geospatial data
- Process the survey data using software such as AutoCAD / Civil 3D / GIS tools
- Support Managers in preparing maps, drawings, and reports
- Maintain survey instruments and ensure proper calibration
- Follow safety protocols and project guidelines during fieldwork





Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics
- Basic to intermediate experience in land surveying (0.5-3 years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with RTK GPS surveying
- Familiarity with coordinate systems, benchmarks, and levelling concepts

Required Skills:
- Ability to operate RTK GPS equipment independently or with mínimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D / GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS)
- Understanding of topographical survey methods and data collection techniques
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical fitness for fieldwork in varied terrains

Preferred Skills
- Experience with drone/UAV surveys or photogrammetry
- Exposure to Plantation, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Knowledge of survey data processing software

Experience
- 6 months to 3 years in surveying or related field
