Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. This role is a hybrid of financial processing and administrative support in the accounting team, perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You will work closely with the department head to manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while ensuring the back-office administrative processes run like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Support (AP/AR)
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, reconcile monthly statements, and prepare weekly payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and issue invoices to clients, monitor aging reports,



and perform polite but persistent collections follow-ups.
- Expense Management: Audit employee expense claims and corporate credit card statements for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Assist in matching daily bank transactions with internal records to ensure 100% accuracy.

2. Departmental Administration
- Record Keeping: Maintain a digital and physical filing system that makes, audit season a breeze.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from suppliers and clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify "bottlenecks" in our current workflows and suggest smarter ways to handle paperwork.
- Meeting Support: Help prepare financial reports or slide decks for monthly departmental reviews.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Similar
- Experience:3-5 years in a dual AP/AR or general office accounts role.
- Software:Proficiency in E
