Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries in a qualified manner
- Explain company products/services clearly in Telugu (and basic English if required)
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
