We are looking for a Service Calling Executive to handle customer communication related to vehicle servicing and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for service reminders and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries related to vehicle servicing
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Coordinate with the service team for timely updates
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely communication

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or calling profile (automobile industry preferred)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile service processes
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Location: Gurugram

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
