Key Job Responsibilities
As a fresher, you’ll mostly support senior architects:
1. Design & Planning
- Assist in conceptual designs and layout planning
- Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations
2. Drafting & Software Work
- Work on tools like:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
3. Site Work
- Visit construction sites
- Understand execution of drawings
4. Documentation
- Prepare working drawings and presentation sheets
- Help in approvals and submissions
5. Client Support
- Assist in presentations
- Make design revisions based on feedback
Skills Required:
- Basic design sense and creativity
- Knowledge of building materials & construction methods
- Software proficiency (AutoCAD is must)
- Communication & teamwork
- Time management
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Location:
- Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
