Primary ResponsibilitiesField Outreach & Promotion
- Visit assigned neighborhoods, housing societies, and localities daily to promote school admissions.
- Cover 30-50 households or targeted locations per day.
- Travel by foot or other assigned transport within designated territory.

Parent Interaction & Counseling
- Engage with parents/guardians and introduce the school’s curriculum, facilities, and values.
- Explain key highlights such as academics, extracurricular activities, safety, and infrastructure.
- Address queries and guide parents through the admission process.

Presentation & Demonstration
- Present brochures, pamphlets, and admission kits.
- Explain how the school supports student development and learning outcomes.
- Highlight advantages over competing schools in the area.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Collect contact details of interested parents and maintain a lead database.




- Identify potential families with school-age children.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls or repeat visits.
- Revisit households where parents showed interest but haven’t completed admission.

Conversion & Enrollment Support
- Encourage parents to visit the school campus.
- Assist in booking school tours or counseling sessions.
- Guide parents in filling out admission forms and completing documentation.
- Support the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments.

Marketing Material Distribution
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in target areas.
- Place pamphlets in strategic community locations (with permission).

Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with local communities, societies, and parents.
