Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and architectural works
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital authorities
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines
- Facilitate communication between design and execution teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch), required
- 4-5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional projects ( interior work)
- Robust knowledge of construction detailing and site coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on hospital or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
