Position Overview:
We are seeking options traders to trade within our capital allocation model. You will receive firm capital to execute options strategies with full autonomy, earning 65-90% of the profits you generate while benefiting from structured risk management and professional support.

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
- Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
- Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols




- Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
- Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
- Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
- Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
- Robust analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
