Job Title: MIS Executive (Hospitality/Restaurant)

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to restaurant operations. This role ensures accurate data tracking of sales, inventory, costs, and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from POS systems and other operational tools
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, inventory, expenses, and profitability)
- Monitor restaurant KPIs such as footfall, average order value, and food cost percentage
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
- Coordinate with outlet managers and finance teams for data accuracy
- Track inventory movement, wastage, and stock discrepancies
- Generate variance and trend analysis reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management
- Identify areas for cost control and operational improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS/reporting, preferably in hospitality or restaurants
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS, ERP systems)
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
