Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO) - Home Loan

Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer (RO) - Home Loan will be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and managing home loan customers. The role involves generating business through open market channels, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source home loan leads through open market, connectors, brokers, and referrals:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and builders:
- Conduct customer meetings and explain home loan products, eligibility, and documentation:
- Achieve assigned sales targets (disbursement & login):
- Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing and approvals:
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance:
- Follow up with customers for loan disbursement and post-sales service:




- Maintain regular updates in CRM / MIS reports:
- Cross-sell other products if required

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
- Preferred: Experience in NBFC / Banking / Sales
- Age Limit: 35

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills:
- Good sales and convincing ability:
- Basic knowledge of home loan products & market:
- Ability to work in field sales environment:
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (Performance-based)

Pay: ₹15,667.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
