Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet organisational targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines in production areas.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Supervise and guide production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilisation of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Experience in pharma, medical devices, or IVD industry
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive communication and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and quality focus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
