Gauthami Techno School is looking for passionate and committed educators to join our academic team.

Position:
School Teacher (Primary / Middle / High School - Up to Class X)

The Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, ensuring conceptual clarity, and fostering overall student development in line with the school’s academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
- Ensure robust conceptual understanding among students
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Identify slow learners and provide additional academic support
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress




- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning
- Maintain records such as attendance, marks, and progress reports

Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Ed. qualification preferred (mandatory for higher classes, if applicable)
- Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may apply

Desired Skills:
- Passion for teaching and student mentoring
- Good classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage students
- Basic computer skills (for digital teaching/records)

Compensation:
- As per experience and institutional standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
