Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine travel needs
- Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, currency, weather, and local customs.
- Tailor travel packages and create custom itineraries to meet client preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, safety regulations, and promotions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, changes, or issues before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain client records and process payments, refunds, and travel documents.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Minimum graduation required with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell travel products and services.
