Position:Admission & Student Counsellor

Location:RKU City Campus, Rajkot

Time: 9 AM to 5:30 PM
- Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admission & Student Counsellor to manage the complete student lifecycle, from counselling and converting prospective students during the admission cycle to providing post-admission mentoring.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into admissions and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
- Manage and mentor an assigned portfolio of enrolled students after the admission cycle.
- Provide career guidance, goal setting, and continuous student support.
- Assist students with resume building, profile development, and interview preparation.




- Conduct grooming sessions and ensure high student engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall success.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (required)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or EdTech
- Freshers with solid communication skills may apply
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- Lead conversion and persuasion ability
- Student engagement and follow-up expertise
- Basic career guidance knowledge
- CRM and MS Excel proficiency
