Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and hardware support to end users
- Troubleshoot system, printer, and peripheral issues
- Handle basic networking support and connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems
- Provide telecom support (IP phones,



intercom systems, etc.)
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common software
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application / Computer Science

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
