About the Role

Maxr Consultancy Services is building a high-performance trading desk and is looking for disciplined, strategy-driven traders.

We are focused on consistent, risk-managed trading using structured systems and AI-assisted strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades based on proven strategies:
- Follow strict risk management rules (1-2% risk per trade):
- Maintain daily:
- Trade logs
- PnL reports
- Performance tracking
- Avoid overtrading and emotional decisions
- Collaborate with team on:
- Strategy improvement
- AI/Algo integration

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of active trading experience:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Technical analysis
- Price action / market structure
- Risk management
- Experience in any of the following:
- Crypto markets
- Stock market (NSE/BSE)
- Derivatives (F&O;)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Algo Trading / Trading Bots:
- Experience with:




- TradingView
- APIs / automation tools
- Maintaining a trading journal
