Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for order booking, follow-ups, and client communication
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders for jewellery products
- Handle customer inquiries related to product details, pricing, and order status
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and client data
- Coordinate with production, CAD/design, and inventory teams for order execution
- Track order progress and ensure timely dispatch/delivery
- Assist in sample management, product cataloging, and presentations
- Support export documentation (if applicable) such as invoices, packing lists, etc.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports and MIS
- Ensure proper documentation of certifications (IGI/GIA) if required
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in jewellery/diamond industry preferred
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamond, CVD, gemstones)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling international clients/export orders
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Basic understanding of jewellery CAD/design process
