About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase food items, beverages, housekeeping materials & kitchen supplies
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with stores & accounts
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain vendor database and follow up for deliveries

Requirements:
- Any Degree
- 0-2 years experience in procurement (Hotel/Hospitality preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest in hotel purchasing can apply
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Good negotiation and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
