Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - Industrial Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive IR strategies, maintaining harmonious employee-management relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing union negotiations. This role demands strong labor law knowledge, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to foster a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Industrial Relations Strategy - Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with business goals; monitor workplace climate and anticipate potential disruptions.
