Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute site activities as per approved drawings and project plans.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project objectives.
- Supervise mass concrete construction works as per approved standards and quality norms.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methodologies and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and site inception meetings.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain coordination between contractors, labor teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Civil Site Engineering:




- Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction management
- Ability to handle mass concrete construction projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset for on-site technical challenges
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant site experience in civil construction projects

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
