Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing and Optimization:
- Create and upload current product listings with accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Ensure that product information complies with Amazon guidelines and policies.

2. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory to prevent stockouts and overselling.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock on time.
- Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) settings effectively.

3. Order Management:
- Process and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds according to company and Amazon policies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage order fulfillment.

4. Account Health Monitoring:
- Monitor account health metrics such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and customer satisfaction score.
- Address any policy violations or negative feedback to maintain account health.

Customer Interaction and Feedback:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Encourage customer feedback and reviews to enhance product credibility.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve product quality and service.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to analyze performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
