Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- Create complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs to support data analysis.
- Connect and integrate Power BI with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across Power BI reports.

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, SQL, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
- Experience in ETL, data integration, and data warehouse concepts.
- Proficiency in designing visually engaging dashboards with a user-friendly experience.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Power Automate,



and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience in AI-powered analytics and automation in Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data analysis.
