Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential clients
- Explain real estate projects and services clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain call records and update lead status
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or sales
- Real Estate / Construction experience - Mandatory:
- Positive communication skills (English required)
- Confident in client handling and follow-ups
- Willing to work onsite in Guduvanchery, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Location: Guduvanchery, Chennai (Onsite)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
