Position: Real Estate Sales Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and generate property leads
- Explain project details, prices, location, and offers
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Schedule site visits for sales team
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle client queries politely and professionally
- Convert inquiries into meetings and bookings
- Coordinate with sales team for closures

Skills Required:
- Valuable communication skills
- Confident and convincing speaking style
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales
- Follow-up and lead handling ability
- MS Excel / CRM basic knowledge
- Target-oriented approach

Experience:
- 1-3 years in telecalling / sales / real estate preferred

Qualification
- 12th pass / Graduate

Salary:
- Fixed salary + incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
