Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop age-appropriate academic curriculum and syllabus for pre-school learners.
- Create engaging activity planners that promote holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
- Implement innovative and research-based teaching methodologies.
- Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Continuously research and incorporate current teaching strategies and learning tools.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth academic planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior teaching experience in a Pre-School or Early Childhood Education setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Excellent proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Creative, innovative, and child-centric approach to teaching.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
