A production worker acts as a key factory team member, assembling products, operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and preparing finished goods for shipment. They maintain clean, safe, and efficient workstations, ensuring production targets are met while following strict safety protocols and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Production Assembly: Assembling, building, and finishing products on a production line.
- Machine Operation: Setting up, running, and performing minor troubleshooting on factory machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished goods for defects to ensure compliance with standards.
- Packing & Shipping: Sorting, packing, and labeling finished products for distribution.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean workspace (housekeeping) and adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Documentation:



Recording production data, such as daily outputs and materials used.
- Requirements and Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials for long periods.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding or willingness to learn machine operation.
- Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills for quality checks.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is often preferred.
