Quotation Management: Prepare and generate accurate commercial quotations and proforma invoices based on client requirements.
- Accounting: Maintain daily financial records and data entry using Tally ERP/Prime to ensure books are up-to-date.
- Client Coordination: Act as the bridge between the company and customers, handling inquiries and following up on pending orders.
- Documentation: Organize and manage office files, purchase orders, and related administrative paperwork.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role involving both accounting software and client-facing communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
