- Complaint Resolution:Handle customer complaints with patience and de-escalate issues, referring to supervisors only when necessary.
- Performance Metrics:Meet daily targets for average handling time (AHT) and quality scores.
- Task Versatility:Depending on the role, this may include telesales, voice-over work, or emergency, such as Dial 100 handling.
