Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customers’ needs and offer suitable product recommendations
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Handle sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and tagging
- Provide after-sales service and handle customer queries or complaints with professionalism
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and brand promotions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior retail or jewellery sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric with a professional and polished appearance
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
Working hours
9 am to 7 pm
4 day off in a month
Languages known: Hindi, Punjabi, English
