Responsibilities:
- Identify and track upcoming events in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad
- Reach out to event organizers and pitch _Genie on Hire_ services
- Convert leads into confirmed deals and secure advance payments
- Post staffing requirements on the _Genie on Hire_ platform
- Shortlist and coordinate with Genies (students) for assignments
- Manage check-in, check-out, and attendance on event days for genies (Volunteers).
- Arrange replacements when required
- Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients and ensure timely payments.

Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
