Milagro Beauty is hiring a Social Media Executive to manage content strategy and grow brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content strategy aligned with brand goals
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with graphic and video team for execution
- Write captions and manage daily posting on Instagram and Facebook
- Shoot short-form videos and reels
- Create outdoor and public interaction reels when required
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments
- Track performance and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of social media experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable facing the camera and shooting content
- Basic understanding of Instagram insights and trends
- Experience in skincare or beauty industry is preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
