1. Pre-Event Planning
- Review event briefs, production requirements, and client expectations
- Develop production timelines, schedules, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate with vendors (lighting, sound, staging, AV, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and assess technical/logístical needs
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation

2. Team Coordination & Management
- Supervise production crew (technicians, riggers, stagehands)
- Assign tasks and ensure everyone understands their roles
- Act as the main point of contact between different teams
- Ensure proper communication across departments

3. Technical Oversight
- Oversee setup of stage, lighting, audio, video, and special effects
- Ensure all equipment is tested and functioning properly
- Troubleshoot technical issues before and during the event
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards

4. On-Site Event Execution
- Manage event flow according to the schedule/run sheet
- Coordinate cues with performers, speakers, and technical teams




- Handle last-minute changes or emergencies calmly
- Ensure the event runs on time and meets quality expectations

5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Conduct risk assessments and manage crowd safety concerns
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and emergency readiness

6. Post-Event Wrap-Up
- Supervise breakdown and dismantling of equipment
- Ensure proper packing and return of hired equipment
- Review event performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and feedback for future events
