Hiring Restaurant Captain for Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to join our team at a multi cuisine restaurant in Salt Lake Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily floor operations
Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth service
Handle guest interactions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Take and manage orders efficiently and coordinate with kitchen team
Maintain service standards hygiene and presentation
Train and support junior staff

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role
Solid knowledge of multi cuisine service and dining etiquette
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle rush hours and resolve guest concerns professionally
Well groomed and customer focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
