The Store Keeper is responsible for the systematic management of all inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and consumables across Mizaj's store and factory locations. This role ensures accurate stock records, smooth inward/outward material flow, and full compliance with Mizaj's procurement and finance SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans.
- Record all inward and outward movements of stock in the inventory management system (manual/digital).
- Maintain accurate bin cards, stock registers, and issue/receipt ledgers.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile physical stock against system records.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Accounts Manager.

Warehouse & Store Operations
- Organise and maintain proper storage of goods — by category, batch, and expiry where applicable.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is strictly followed for all stock movement.
- Keep the store clean, secure,



and organised in compliance with safety standards.
- Manage storage of raw materials, packaging material, and finished goods at the factory location.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Team on space planning and material placement.

Procurement Support
- Raise Material Requisitions (MRs) when stock falls below minimum reorder levels.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team for timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Verify supplier deliveries and flag non-conforming goods for return or rejection.
- Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL) records in coordination with the Purchase Team.

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, and store issue vouchers accurately.
- Ensure all stock transactions are documented as per Mizaj's Procurement & Finance SOP.
